on 14 Aug I cancelled the bis service on my account,sept and oct Iwas still billed for service<br> phone 23 Oct ,got ref no 902953 no response, received sms on 3/11/15 my service will be suspended<br> phone again 3/11/2015 ref 918262 a promise that a senior will call me : service suspended<br> on 9/11/2014 service suspended phone office ref 925681 took 2 days to open my line<br> 12/11/2015 my service is suspended again,
