Incompetency

I upgraded from MTN to Vodacom on the 1st of March 2015. I requested a 500meg data bundle iand 100 sms's bundle included in my package.After several times going back to the store the data bundle was eventualy available after about a week. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the sms bundle, I am still waiting for my sms bundles to be downloaded. I phone David several times where he just rep**** that on his side it is activated. Everytime he said he will give me feedback but needless to say - I am still waiting. Asking him what the problem can be he just reply \ I dont know sir"but nothing happened. Today is the 30th and still no sms bundles!! Do you have any competent person in your service that can help me? I am with Autopage since 2002 and this is the first time that this is happening"
