Incompetence and lack of ethics

After my cell contract expired with Autopage and I ported the number they have repeatedly tried to debit my account with different amounts, on different days with different reference numbers to bypass bank cancellations.<br> Any calls to their accounts departments are met with assurances that this has been resolved and the debit orders cancelled. The latest today was that I have been handed over to a collection agency for defaulting on a non existent contract!<br> <br> When does incompetence become bare faced *******?
