Incompetence and Ignorance

Autopage Cellular is the most *********** company I have come across. Their service is pathetic and their call center agents are unprofessional and don't know heads or tails about the company. They are not will to attend to any queries and all they do is transfer you from one department to the next. <br> The call center agents namely, Sandra, Sandy, Iyanda & Nokotula to name a few says that their managers do not take customer calls and are not allowed to give out their tel numbers. Their manager Coti who cant being doing much since she department is so ***********.<br> Why do their managers not take calls? Are they there just to fill a space? That's the way it seems.<br> They messed up all 3 my lines that I have with them and now they refuse for a manager to sort it out, which is totally unprofessional because I am not getting these lines for nothing.I have been battling with them for the past two weeks and all their notes reflect is that I want to speak to the manager but she never returns my calls. The agents are so lazy that they don't even bother to make their notes onb their systems relating to queries and compliments so every time you call in you have got to repeat the same problems agai
