incompetence

Just want everyone to know how useless autopage is. After they *****ing my money I finally got that sorted out but had to cancel my debit order as autopage would just take any amount they wanted to take even though a set amount was supposed to be debited every month. As I get paid on the last working day of every month I paid then at the beginning of this month. Wednesday the 2015-03-24 I received a sms that my payment is over due and payment must be made immediately. Today 2015-03-26 my line is cut. After phoning they inform me that payments must be made on the 15th if it is cash deposit. So 15 days after my last payment my line is cut. I don't know where I must ***** money from from in the middle of the month to pay these ppl. They want me to ***** just like them and the customer care person I phoned can't care less just because she knows that her company just want me to put my debit order back so they can *****. Whats worse is the automated response that they send wen 50% of this country complain about them. I simply hate them.
