incompatant and arogant staff

I took out a contract on vodacom with a samsung note 4 lte,got the phone and started using it with my old cell c sim as i did a port between networks. After 2 weeks of me calling everyday my sim eventualy went active and then i found out the phone they gave me was non lte. Called the store and the guy who did my contract(marwaan) just says he told me it was a non lte handset and that i was out of my 7day return period so thats that. Contacted the store owner and also doesnt care he just believes his staff. Vert bad attitude from consultant and store manager was recieved and they are not going to do anything about this as they claim they told me its a non lte phone from day 1,and i know for a fact that i wanted the lte phone that is why i moved to vodacom because cell c doesnt have 4g network! Useless people working at autopage tygervalley
