IN REPAIRS FOR 3 MONTHS!!!!!!

I am disgusted by the service from Autopage! I gave in my Huawei Tablet on the 05/12/2014 and accepted a quote to repair it on 18/12/2014. till date I have not received any feedback. I have called the store numerous times to query this and have been given the run around! I am now fed up with the excuses! I am paying for a device that I have not been able to make use of in the last 3 months. today I was given the number for Ingram Micro to contact the repair centre. Do I have a contract with Ingram??? Am I paying them every month???? Autopage - you are wasting my time and business that I cound spend with any other service provider! I want what I am paying for or I will take Legal action!
