Impossible to cancel contracts

For the past three weeks I have been trying to cancel the two contracts I have with Autopage. Their call center could not assist me (after holding on for 20+ minutes on a number of tries). I was eventually referred to Mark Naidoo, who has been ignoring my phone calls and emails. I have typed up cancellation letters, emailed Lerato, Mark and cancellations, all who have ignored me.<br> <br> You do not have a manager or director name or contact detail on your website and your call center refuses to put me through to someone senior. I do no want to deal with Autopage and the contracts were ceded to Autopage when Nashua Mobile closed shop. Al I want is for someone to give me an amount, so I can pay whatever it is and not have to deal with Autopage again in my life. Is there anybody out there from Autopage who is interested in assisting me?
