Impossible to cancel an account

I have been trying to cancel a data account with Altech Autopage since June/July 2015. Despite numerous attempts I am still being changed for this service on a monthly basis and my requests keep being closed without completion. I am no longer even in South Africa so cannot go to a store to sort out the matter and it is difficult from me to contact the call center. I have been charged for 9 months of service since the first attempt of cancelling this service when I did call the call center.<br> <br> This is terrible customer service!!!!
