******* Upgrade

THis is the most *********** useless company I have ever dealt with. bad attitudes and no help. my contract is still *******ly upgraded and nothing happened. I had to drive to Midrand. Spoke to Nosihe Maphumula. She is worst than all. I was refused to talk to any manager pass her level because the buck stops with her. Nothing HAPPENNED SINCE NOV 2015. Useless. Also Patience MTshali, no need to talk to her either. No help These people don't care and are useless. I am not making this up. In the meantime I am still on ITC because of their incompetence of issuing an ******* upgrade on my name. No need to call the helpline, it is not a helpline you will get nowhere. IT WAS REPORTED TO THE ***** DEPARTMENT ON 8 JAN 2016. NO FEEDBACK. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING
