Ignoring limits and keeping you blocked/barred

This is something that is getting out of hand. I'll just have to take this further, as I have seen through the posts others made that the same happens to them. This comes down to ********* business practice for the sake of making money. I'll try my best to get them a huge fine by the ombudsman.

Firstly, they barred my phone about a month or 2 ago for 'not paying' , but then I had to send them a proof of payment that shows the payment was made, they never allocated it to my account. even though EVERY DETAIL for account number and phone number was given in the beneficiary section.

Then just last month, my phone was locked, barred as I went over my limit, which was R300 after my other bundles are used up, but.... wait for it... it went over by another R500 before they did that, never notifying me. So , if they do this with just 10% of their client-base, (i think it's more like 70%), then they would be able to pay for those luxury holidays they want to take. It comes down to ******** multiple people in order to earn millions extra. This type of business should be closed down. Enough is Enough...now watch the autoresponder as the reply... CLASSIC .
