Ignoring client's rights

Upgraded to a Lg cellphone. Were told ample stock. However the phone was ordered and returned because \I took too long to collect""; the Wednesday. Enquired on Monday; informed patterned protected. I did in on purpose to proof the ****ty service delivery from them; nobody phoned me and enquired about it; if I did not visist them nobody would have asked about it! I was informed they will send it back; to be unlocked and be re send back! Nobody came back to me to inform about progress. I had to ask the staff to be assisted and demanded an answer;\""Zindlle\"" just with an attitude informed me that Annah is not in as well as the manager. I had to tell her I demanded service!
