Ignore the Request to phone back

I had a problem with my account in December and went to HelloPeter, then Marco called me back and we start working on the problem. Then on the 23 December he (Marco) told me personal that i owe Autopage in the R8000 so i payed the amount he told me i owe Autopage. Then my Jan bill came of an amount in the R2000 and i payed that but still my line got cut off. Then when i phone them they told me i still have R1200 outstanding for Dec then i told them what was going on and they send Marco an Email to phone me back as son as possible. We are now in March and still Marco didn't call me back after i phoned back a couple of times because of my phone that gets suspend all the time so I WANT MARCO TO PHONE ME BACK, OR I WONT PAY MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE UNTIL HE PHONES ME BACK....
