Since September 2014 all i have been having is pathetic service from Autopage. Autopage refuses to assist me with the cancellation of my cell phone contract which has been well within period. When you want to extend your contract then you have every call centre agent phoning you update , however when the ball is not in their court they make you waste monies on calls and follow-ups with no joy. Melony is also hiding the contact details of higher management and now i am beginning to think that they are also in this ploy and have very well trained poorly paid staff that allow management to hide behind their faces.<br> As they say the \THE FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD!!!"<br> Their call centre is also a joke and their \""CONTACT US\"" site as no body calls you back.<br> Autopage have a heart and step up to the plate and have the decency to respond to my issue on hand.<br> I want to hear from the MD of Autopage and not a call centre agent who protects the MD.<br> <br> """
