Identifying Billing

I am very upset with Autopage, I have been with them for years and years but now i am starting to wonder if i should stay with them. Please note that the branch i am referring to is near where i stay, i have not been to the branch but I have been phoning Altech since last week trying to resolve this.<br> <br> MTN has been deducting airtime from my account and because MTN is so useless I have given up on them. I just feel that Autopage, should be able to guide me as to how to stop/block this expensive unwanted billing. <br> <br> Can they not protect their customers from this type of thing?<br> <br> Why are cell phone companies getting away with robbing customers by way of spam and other trick methods. Its disgusting. I have lost over R700 in one month and i am still losing money. Please could you assist me in setting up my phone in such a manner that this can not happen again. i want my money back !
