I wont pay for a company's incompetence

<p>I took out a laptop contract in 2015, requested insurance filled in forms and felt assured with my purchase. In 2016, my laptop was ******, when i called altech to inform them and find out about the insurance, Altech Autopage personnel informs me that they can see i have requested insurance and i have the documents, but their sales consultant who dealt with me telephonically, had not submitted the information. Now they expect me to continue paying for something i dont have because their staff is ***********.</p>
