I will never recommend Autopage to anyone

I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU: IS THIS THE WAY THAT AUTOPAGE ARE TREATING THEIR CLIENTS? IF YES THEN I WILL TAKE STEPS IMMEDIATLEY TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT...PLEASE RESPONDS TO MY EMAIL...IF YOU DO NOT THEN I WILL TAKE IT AS A ENCOURAGEMENT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT...<br> 1.My contract came to an end at October 2015...I wanted to move from Cell C to MTN because of my bad reception on the farm. I also wanted to move from Autopage because of minor service delivery issues. <br> 2.At the end of November 2015 Lerato Mongwe phoned me and said to me that I do not have to go to MTN. She will do it all online for me. AND I do not have to pay the R150 connection fee.<br> 3.She did send me the different packages to choose from and I decided on MTN choice 100 which included 100 anytime minutes, 200 sms, and 300 MB data at R129 per month. No device was included. I have my own phone.<br> 4.Knowing that I am dealing with Autopage I then send her an email confirming everything we spoke about on the phone. She the confirmed my email by saying yes to MTN choice 100 which included 100 anytime minutes, 200 sms, and 300 MB data at R129 per month. <br> Please ref to ref nr: 575202, 600856,600838, and I can go on and on!!!!!
