I've had enough of this shocking service.

AltechAutopage is simply the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.<br> <br> They ***** up my account transfer from Nashua, I notice the debit orders not going off, so I call them to fix it.<br> <br> I ask for statements to know what amount is outstanding so I can pay it, I don't receive any. So I simply pay the contract fee every month.<br> <br> I am disconnected every month, then I need to call them to explain the situation to be reconnected. I am told by the call centre agent they can't see why I am being disconnected. All this only to be disconnected again the next month, sometimes even 2 to 3 times!<br> <br> I received a call from the Credit Control dept, explain everything AGAIN, to be told it will be fixed now, only to receive another call a few days later threatening me that I need to settle my bill before the month is over!<br> <br> I have never been treated like this and I have had enough.
