I pay R789 per month for nothing

I took 2 laptop contracts end of October 2014. 4 days later I returned one of them due to a manufacturer fault which I was told I would receive a new one due to the fact that it was within 10 days of purchase. The other laptop failed to start up 3 months after purchase which I also returned and was told that it would be sent for repairs. It is more than 9 months now and I still haven't received any of my laptops. My account gets debitted each month of R789. I've been in the store numerous times and was told that they still don't have any of my laptops. The Branch manager of Kenilworth, Candice, then advised me to put a stop in so that they don't debit my account due to it being unfair. Now they have handed me over to creditors giving me a bad credit record but still haven't heard anything about my laptops. I feel I should be refunded and for them to stop treating me as if I'm at fault. Please help!
