I NEED OUT FROM ALTECH !!!

For some time now i have been having a problem with Altech where i was being charged double for the contract for about 3 months<br> [Email Removed] then made contact with me saying i chose a S5 and therefore the higher bill, after discussing my delivery did she perhaps understand my reason for pointing towards them for *****. BUT then and since the incident at any given time my call are barred and i have to call the call center to get some assistance and its coming to a time where this matter seems to becoming a habit as they WANT MONEY and more money. The company i feel lacks ethics and morals as - if i had not paid the account a text should have been sent to inform BUT i get paid after the 25th and the Lady at the call center wants a payment on the 16th of the month - LIKE REALLY PEOPLE !? This matter was seriously discussed with Mis Harilall but you know they did **********ly increase my Dr Orders and they are perhaps just being a little racial towards me as i know my rights in my country <br>
