I know why you closing...poor service

I have been dealing with this querying going on to a year now, my account was paid up with you and account closed and yet you guys still have me listed on ITC as owing you for more than 150+ days. I came into your head office sometime lat year or early this year to query the ITC listing. I was assisted by an Indian guy that promised me that there was some miscommunication by you debt collector and you . I was given a letter after they spoke to each that said that the account was paid up and the agent said that he will send a request to the ITC to update my profile. Guess what since then nothing has happened and you guys will be closing soon. Can one competent person call me from that zoo of yours and i believe you can manage that or im i wrong again.
