I have NEVER been so frustrated!!!

I have been phoning Autopage for the past month and a half - each and every time the phone gets put down on me!!! I phone on my own account - no service number, how in the hell is this possible - I send them an email complaining with my account number - and they ask for my cell number- seriously? First the phone just does not do anything when you phone - while taking airtime, then you phone again - go through a whole list of numbers to input, then eventually an operator asks for ALL your details, and says hold on, you don't know if there is still someone on the other side because no music plays, then after 7 to ten minutes the phone is dead. THis has happened EVERY time in the past 15 calls - I am so freakin cross I can ...!!!
