I hate Autopage

So Autopage confirmed about 5 times that my account was closed and insisted that there's a refund due to me and that they were debiting my account by mistake. Refund was received and I phoned once again with my airtime to confirm that the account is closed. Littledid i know that the cellphone account has been with legal for 3months. No emails, calls nothing. They have now messed up my credit beaurea. The lady I spoke to today says I wasn't suppose to receive a refund. The refund caused my account to be at Legal. I am sooo angry, I want my name cleared, my airtime refunded and my petrol for driving to Autopage!!!!! Also to note that I didn't even use their sim card, not even a cent of the airtime. I just wanted the phone!!! Agh they are all useless
