I could not care about you

I was contacted by Autopage a while ago wanting to sell me a contract with a tablet, I thought it was a good deal and signed up for this contract as I was going to give the tablet to my daughter for her birthday the 21st of August. I took delivery the tablet and kept it at home unopened to give it to my daughter for her birthday the 21st of August. So on the 21st of August I gave her the tablet and the tablet did not switch on at all, we charged it for almost 5hrs and nothing it was completely dead. I then took the tablet to the my local Autopage dealer in Paarl to asses and replace the unit. The confirmed the unit was faulty and phoned the h/o to instruct the way fwd. The consultant then told me the h/o say that it was not Autopage but another company doing sales for Autopage that must be contacted. They then advice me that I have to wait until they get confirmation that the unit can be treated as a obf....I told her my situation of the b-day gift and that she will be greatly disappointed if she don't get the tablet today, she told me that it is what it is and that she will get back to me before end of day. Monday the 24th today and not a word....Tx Autopage for my girls sadness.
