I cancelled my contract but instead it was renewed

I cancelled my contract but it was suspended instead of cancelled. I did not upgrade or choose to keep the contract. I am still being billed for something I dont require. As per new legislation I was supposed to be contacted and informed if I wanted to keep the contract, I clearly stated that i dont require this contract anymore and have also informed the service dept that the Tablet had been ******.<br> <br> Please just ensure that this contract is properly cancelled. i dont want any more drama.
