I am still awaiting feedback from Altech Autopage

i have reported a complaint previously on Hello Peter about Altech Autopage and was promised a response from altech. They rep**** to my complaint via The Hello Peter platform and said they would investigate and get back to me, i still haven't heard not a single word from Altech autopage. I am so disgusted that they can respond on a public platform and still not follow through. this will definitely be taken further.
