How long do I have to wait for a sim swap?
I upgraded on Saturday 28 February and requested a sim swap as well. I was promised 2 to 24 hours for the new sim to be activated, which I was happy with. It is now Wednesday and after 3 painfully long calls to customer care still nothing. All 3 times I was assured that the sim would be activated within 2 hours. <br> How difficult can it be to activate a sim card???<br> <br> I payed for a service, why am I not receiving any?
