Horrific Service

HI Peter<br> <br> Altech Call Centre in Cape Town from *** called me on 04/12/2015<br> <br> They would upgrade for me within 2-3 days,my contract due for upgrade on 18/12/15. The upgrade was done telephonically,new device would be delivered at Kusile Construction Site near Witbank.Again requesting the cancellation of my late son's cell number.See below as requested at Benoni<br> <br> I called the number on numerous occasions during that week as we closed site on 11/12/2015.No answer<br> <br> I proceeded on annual leave on 12Dec<br> <br> I tried to do my upgrade in Natal at Galleria Shopping Centre close to Amanzimtoti,was terribly treated by an Indian Consultant blatantly rude to me and others<br> <br> Visited Northmead Branch on 22 Dec Spoke to JP earlier,request cancellation of my late son's contract in October 2015.He said he cannot assist with my upgrade but needed the death cert to cancel Contract never cancelled<br> <br> Address was changed to my house address They promised to deliver on the next day Nothing happened The delivery date was changed to 24/12,no phone<br> <br> Visited Boksburg branch Address not changed, received help. Delivery today<br> Received wrong phone-Sony Experia- Samsung note 5 ordered. Poor!
