HORRIFIC INCOMPETANCY

How can my account be in arrears if it is paid to date.<br> Now because of the incompetency of Auto page I cant even do a sim swop as auto page is to stupid to get a account right. they don't know what they are doing and making incorrect journal entry's on accounts. after taking them 7 months to correct a double incorrect billing they now again *****ed the account up by making incorrect journal entry's and handing the account over to legal because they are to stupid to check that the account is paid to date resulting in me sitting without a sim after my phone have been ****** as I can not do a sim swop due to there ***** up. no wonder altron have decided to sell them as the left hand doesn't know what the right hand does and there is not one capable staff member in there entire accounts department. and all I get again for there ***** up if im lucky is we apologise for the inconvenience we are attending to your query and will get back to u in 48 working hrs ( so please **** of we don't appreciate you as client and u will have to accept our absolute poor service as u have a contract u have to honour but we make as we please)
