Horrific customer service

I have called your call centre 4 times this last week spending over 45 minds on calls to try and resolve why I cannot send SMSs and cannot get data, no one can help our give me a straight answer and today I reached my final straw when your call centre consultant hung up on me without resolving my query. So I have not had a phone all week and no one on your side is either willing or able to help which I find unacceptable. I have logged a complaint in your website too which was not answered so I am now desperate attempt to get your attention to get this resolved.
