Horrible service

I entered into a contract with autopage for 2x tablets last month in the beginning of October. They send me a delivery of 1tablet instead of 2. I had to literally beg them to send me an outstanding tablet which i have received 2 day after. Thereafter I discovered that they did not include a sim card in the other tablet. I tried to contact them telephonically on several occasions without being successful. The phone would just ring without being answered. I then sent emails to Merchan and his team members requesting for the Sim card to be delivered they did not respond to my emails. <br> Now it has been 2 months since I received a tablet without the Sim card yet they debit my account. What am I paying for? All I want is the sim card so that I can be able to move on with my life and pay for the service I receive.<br>
