Horid service from Autopage. Stay Away

While trying to open an account the service people are quick to send documents as they hope to get your business. Yet more than a week ago I sent documents to open an account and till today I have not received an answer. Wile calling and emailing the person I dealt with (a Mr Stanley) no joy as he does not respond to the emails and doesn't return messages. Calling in the call centre doesn't help, cause you keep getting transferred, and told someone will get back to you and that never happens. Emailing the Service department, big surprise nothing from them as well.. As their reply read someone will get back to you in 7 days. (REF NO 779347 ). What does that help me seeing as I am already not getting answers. Such bad service is terrible, and imagine getting a contract with them, when you need something done it will never happen.. Good luck for anyone still willing to open a cell phone contract with them, you would get a better chance at response from the Queen of England. I would literally just like to cancel my application due to this, is that really so hard, as no one can get back to the status thereof... Honestly !!!
