High, uncompetitive contract prices for MTN

Reduced payment on an iPhone 6, 16GB on MTN MyChoice 100 to be told that it was an error. I have an email to prove the price offered. I asked to speak to the manager at the Northgate branch and was told they are busy and will be contacted but never was. I contacted Head office and they refused to price match with MTN who is offering the device at a much cheaper price (R110p.m) cheaper. <br> <br> I can't laid a complaint on Altech Autopage Cellular's Facebook page where I was told I would be contacted by a manager which never happened since yesterday. My father holds the account for all 3 contracts and has been a client for well over a decade and we have never received decent service. <br> <br> Altech Autopage Cellular states they provide the customer with competitive deals when they don't, they are purely about maximizing their profits only instead of satisfying the customer needs. Their Facebook page only has negative reviews and shocking no ratings. Dealing with a manager of Autopage is impossible as they are of no help whatsoever.<br> <br> #AltechAutopageMustFall
