Heartless women shouts me like i am her child

i called in the call centre to query my account...My account was paid up 2 days ago and i called the call centre to update new credit card details....Samantha rudely told me i made no effort to pay the account...and i should call the correct numbers...I was given a lecture on my morals of not updating my account details....Samantha...U got some nerve speaking to me in that manner.....U Lost me as a customer
