Have not received my handset since April 2015

I took out a Smart L package with Vodacom through Mercia Munro with Altech Auto page. I received my handset on 15 April 2015 with the Sim card. I was not happy with the handset and informed Mecia immediately. With immense effort it was agreed on that the handset will be collected and I would be supp**** with another of my choice in the same price range. Mercia informed me to deal with Reynier Gouws of Altech, Waterfall OfficeP, Midrand as she didn't dealt with this side of my issue. The handset was only collected more than a month later in May 2015. I have not received my handset to date. On 8 June 2015 I again contacted Reynier Gouwes who informed me that it is not his problem. He is in a meeting and Mercia must sort it out. I asked him to let Mercia contact me. I even sms him my contact details. I have paid my account (of which the debit order date is incorrect- leading to bank costs- I can just imagine how I am gona struggle to get that fixed if I can't even get a handset) but still do not have a handset!
