have a data limit but debit my account for R 3350

this is my email sent to the NCC (National Consumer Commission)<br> <br> To whom it my Concern<br> <br> Please assist with my Dispute with Altech AutoPage<br> <br> I have a Huge dispute with Altech Autopgage, regarding DATA<br> I have taken out a Data contract on Cell C with Altech Autopage and my Average bill is R 417.72 per month as shown on my statement <br> I also asked them in January 2015 to set a Data limit, so that I can't go over a certain limit/rand value, <br> as shown on the attached Invoice they charging me monthly R 4.83 for the data limit<br> <br> However I have received an invoice from them for R 3 350.03 for the month of September<br> I called them and quarried it with them as this is absurd that they can debit my account with R 3 350.03 for data when I have a data limit<br> As per there attached email that they are Right and I'm wrong as I exceeded my data usage...<br> <br> <br>
