Shocking service amd paying for a phone I dont even have. They gave me a sony xperia z3 that just wouldn't switch on after 6 days of receiving it and they said they qill fix it. Got it back after 3weeks then had it 4days and it fell off my coutch on 2nd of Jan and this dudd phone they fixed and gave back that's also supposed to be shatter proof,shattered into pieces. Took it in and have to pay again to get a new one!!! Its now the 6th of feb I called insurence for the second time this week to find outnow my papers havent even been logged<br> Im paying so much money for a phone I dont even have and recieved shocking service from appletons branch thrpughout thos whole ordeal<br> .I and my family have been loyal clients for 15years. No more!!!! As spon as my contract is done I will move my money some where else.
