handing my company over for breach of contract

Autopage have handed my company over for collection of an enormous amount they cant proof to me where its coming from. They accuse us of breaching contract for unpaid debit orders after there wasnt even a debit order. They were the first to breach contract after only sending invoices every 4 months.<br> <br> I want this matter cleared up from their side as I am not going to leave this here. I will go the legal way if necessary and the account will be for them to pay.
