handed over account without letting me know

I have been with Auto-page 9 years and never had any problems. TODAY IS FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. i have been in arrears with my account for this year but did pay every month the installment and a bit to my arrears, i skipped for May 2015, and today after me paying, i call in the center to find out my balance and they tell me my account has been handed over to lawyers....I NEVER GOT a call, email, fax or even an sms to say that they are handing me over WOW AUTO-PAGE!!!<br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I AM SO ANGRY BUT MOSTLY SO DISAPPOINTED WITH AUTO-PAGE, YOU GUYS REALLY SURPRISED ME TODAY AND I WILL NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH AUTO-PAGE CELLULAR AGAIN!!! DEFINITELY *******S...FOR BEING A LOYAL CLIENT FOR ALL THESE YEARS THANK SO MUCH BUT I WILL RATHER OPEN A NEW CONTRACT WITH A DIFFERENT CELLULAR PROVIDER!! DISGUSTED IS NOT THE WORD!!
