Hacked and left to rot by my service provider

I believed my account was hacked and I need assistance.<br> Can I make arrangements. Can I cancel the account (pay cancelation fees) The account is R11000 and there in no way that I can pay that amount or should I contact the polisie or layer to register this as a ******** case.<br> There was 2 calls logged to investigate on last month one this month<br> This is not meant as a threat it is just a question.<br> And going forward if my Service Provider can not protect me how can I protect myself<br>
