Got billed for a phone that i do not own
I received a call last Monday from a consultant stating that my bank account will be credited within the next few days for a repair to a phone which has been ****** more than a year ago. It is now a week later and nothing has been done. I initially reported this matter on 7 February 2015. I am terribly disappointed with the service.
