Goods on website but when requested no available

I'm a 4 year client of Altech Autopage and I'd like to continue being a client for another 2 years but... When I called this morning I was told that I could upgrade even though my upgrade date is the 27th of this month I figured it was quite nice of them so I wanted to proceed with the deal , everything went well until the point of what I'd get which in this case was a wireless charger as advertised with the Samsung Galaxy S6 I was told that they didn't do this promotion anymore as per correspondence given to them but on the website it was there for the world to see and its advertised till the 07.07.2015 today is only the 03.07.2015. Look I don't want to complain and fight but usually what the client see's they getting with something they usually should get it.
