Goods not recieved

it been over 40 days when i was told i could go to pick up my Laptop at Altech Autopage in Glen Village everytime i go to the store coming all the way from Fourways i am told there is no stock. On the 31st of october i went i was told there was stock again and i would be communicated by the consultant when there is stock but i never recieved that call even today. I went again to the store on the 14 of November were i was greeted by Florence who showed lack of interest to assist me and was extremely rude to me and yet again coming all the way from Fourways i went back with out my Goods and a rude Florence. <br> Is this the kind of business Altech Autopage conduct their business.
