Going on 5thy month of repairing my phone

Sent my phone in for repairs in Jan 2015....it is May 2015....I still don't have my phone and they haven't started repairs...and they don't know where my phone is....now....how is this going to work...I need warranty work done as well???? Are they still going to fix it under warranty.<br> <br> Nobody contacts me....I have to phone them and then they say my phone is ready....I even received a sms saying that they fixed my phone and it was delivered to me!!!!! DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR REPAIR SHOP?????? YOUR SERVICE STINK!!!!PATHETIC!!!!!
