GIVEN BACK S****

Sent my Sony Xperia in for repairs 3 months into the contract due to it not charging, received it back, ran the phone through Wifi for a while until I had put the sim card in only to see that the phone had not been picking up the sim card nor my other sim card. Apart from this the bits where the phone charges keeps popping out even when its ****** closed! Is this the service that Altech provides?? To pay no less than 600 per month on a ****** contract including insurance and this is the **** given back??? I had been a contract holder with Nashua Mobile for years and never did I experience such ****!! ALTECH WILL NO LONGER BE MY FIRST CHOICE ONCE THIS CONTRACT ENDS!!!!!! In fact I have a good mind of returning this phone and closing this contract ASAP cause I don't need s**** like this given back to me for the instalments I pay monthly on it, its absolute ********!
