Furious customer

Hello Peter i took a contract with sell direct was not happy with the contents of the phone when it was delivered. I couldnt take it back as i already opened the box therefore the conclusion was i can pay for the cost of the phone bcoz i no longer want the contract. I did pay for the cost of the phone but to my siprise autopage is still deducting monthly instalments on my account. I tried sending sevral emails with no response when you call then you are being transfered from one person to another no one is able to assist. for me this is ***** as i paid for the cost of the phone. i demand to be paid back the value that was deducted by autopage. What a poor servive I received from autopage.
