Frustrated and furious

My father passed away in beginning of june.<br> I when a few weeks later to cancel all the contracts and put the one contract om my name. They said all was in order next month they still deducting the the two contracts from my father account.<br> Again i send them all the info needed the person how helped left first time left without completing it and all documents was lost.<br> A nother month passed still deducting from his account.<br> Called and emaild numerous times with no response.<br> They called in September and said the account is closed and one phone is on my name.<br> Now its 15 October. No money has been deducted on my account again on his account.<br> When I finally got the phone on my name , i asked what about the four month of money they deducted for a phone no longer in use <br> The fault is on their part for not stopping the debid order .they said they can't do anything about it sorry ne.!!!<br> I was also told i would pay a fix amout but it's different every month and they can't tell me why.<br>
