********** upgrade done

An upgrade was done on my number with out my authorisation i called autopage to assist but they say they cant because they did not do it hence i pay them every month . i managed to get the upgrade cancelled after 5 calls back and forth . now they change my package from a mtn my choice 100 to a top up 100 , yet again without my knowledge and authorisation. i have spoken to 5 different people trying tell them how to do there jobs but still no 1 can help me . im so dissatisfied and disguised with the poor service i am getting .i want to be on my old package. Please can someone assist me .
