I have an Altech Autopage laptop contract. Early this year I realised an extra amount on my debit order, i reversed the amount, and also put a stop payment, but my predicament was even the rightful amount was subsequently stopped. Mid April someone from the outstanding accounts called me and promised investigations will proceed, may I pls arrange to settle my Feb-May instalments, which I paid fully in a few days. To date, no one bothered to contact me, after all my account is in order, so who cares
