********** Contract not resolved.

I have been awaiting communication with regards to a ***** case about a cellphone package taken out in my name in 2013. I am now being emailed that the services have been suspended due to non payment! What services? Since finding out that an account was opened I clearly requested it be terminated. I did this in writing and even told the lady from your call center who asked about an upgrade or whatever to terminate this contract! You are still debiting my account till today. I am going to get handed over for an account I have clearly told you to terminate as no records show I ever opened this account and I sent a sworn statement that I have never set foot at Woodlands Boulevard to open a cellphone contract. I will sue your company! This is harassment. Unauthorized debits are being done in my bank account. I sent through a ********** incident form, sworn affidavit and bank statement as request but no feedback has been brought forward. This is not even being treated as an urgent matter. Receipt of my documents nor emails are not being responded to. I do not owe you guys money. You owe me! I want every single cent.
